Refunds will incur a £5 per person, per day cancellation charge.
Booking changes/cancellations made less than 7 days (but greater than 48 hours) prior to the uplift can be transferred to another date within 6 months (subject to availability) free of charge.
Refunds will incur a £10 per person, per day cancellation charge.
No refunds or transfers will be given for anyone who cancels less than 48 hours before the day or does not arrive on the day.
If for any reason the day is cancelled by the organisers (e.g. due to snow/ice) a full refund will be given. As much notice as possible will be provided but Revolution Bike Park Ltd cannot accept liability for any additional costs incurred.
We require a minimum number of riders in order to run the day and reserve the right to cancel the uplift if the minimum number is not reached. A full refund will be given in such circumstances and Revolution Bike Park Ltd cannot accept liability for any additional costs incurred.
Please note wind and rain conditions do not affect the uplift service and we will not cancel for these conditions

Please follow the code to ensure fun and safety for all riders at the park.
The organisers reserve the right to revoke day passes and/or ban riders from the park for breach of the code.
Ride within your ability! -Trails are graded according to ability, ensure that you are competent to ride each trail. If in doubt start on the easier trails and work your way up.
Take your time! - Don't assume you know the trails, even if you have been to the park before. With constant use by riders, maintenance and improvements, features can change over time.
Riders must not push or ride up the trails.
Do not stop on the trails. If you find it necessary to stop, pull off the trail in a safe place.
When entering a trail or starting downhill, look up and give way to riders coming down the trail.
Stay on marked trails - do not cut switchbacks or modify trails.
Keep off closed trails and abide by all safety signs, information and directions from event organisers
Only ride at the park on designated uplift days- the park is private property and riding is prohibited when the park is closed to the public.
You must ALWAYS wear a full face helmet. Knee pads are also mandatory at Revolution Bike Park.
We also strongly advise you wear gloves, body armour, eye protection and a neck brace.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A FULL FACE HELMET AND KNEE PADS YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RIDE IN THE PARK OR USE THE UPLIFT SERVICE.
If a rider is hurt, do not attempt to move them - notify a member of staff immediately.
Public footpaths and bridleways are present within the bike park. Riders must not cycle along these routes and should at all times remain on the marked mountain bike trails.
Bike tracks cross public footpaths within the woods, these crossings are marked and extreme care should be taken at these points.
Riders should give way to any walkers or other users who are on the footpaths.
No responsibility is accepted by the organisers for any injury sustained or caused while crossing footpaths.
It is your responsibility to ensure you and your equipment is fit for purpose.
If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will not be allowed to ride at the park or use the uplift service.
All participants under the age of 18 will need to provide a signed consent form from a legal guardian (aged 18 or over).
A parent or guardian must accompany riders aged 16 or under and must stay ON SITE for the duration of the uplift day.
Mountain Biking, like any extreme sport, is dangerous, includes substantial obstacles, which can be physically testing.
There is a risk of injury and death when undertaking such activities.
Mountain Bike Checklist
The trails at Revolution Bike Park are rough and demanding on both the bike and body. Before riding always inspect your equipment or have it checked by a qualified bike mechanic. If in doubt, don't ride.
We recommend the use of modern long-travel, full suspension bikes with hydraulic disk brakes in the park.
Full face helmets and knee pads are compulsory at Revolution Bike Park. Please ensure that your helmet and personal protective equipment is in good shape and is properly adjusted.
Ensure you bike is fit for purpose - Inspect bike frame for cracks, damaged or dented areas.
Ensure you have sufficient brake pads to stop your bike while descending.
Front and rear axles should be tight.
Headset and stem must be secure with no looseness or play.
Check that your tyres and rims are in good condition, with no tears or cuts in the sidewall of the tyres or any cracks in the rims. Spokes should be tight and intact.
Handle bars and handlebar grips must be tight and unable to spin.
Seat and seat post need to be fastened securely.
Suspension should be in good working order with no leaks or loose parts.
Bike hire is available on a daily rate from 10am till 4pm and is priced as follows:
Adult full-suspension DH bike: £70
Half days available from 10am–1pm or 1pm-4pm: £35
Crash protection equipment can be hired at an additional cost. Please note that full face helmet and knee pads are compulsory. Bikes will not be hired out without this protection - either your own or hired.
Full-suspension MTBs come fitted with flat pedals.
Under the Terms & Conditions of Bike Hire at Revolution Bike Park you, (The Hirer) are responsible for the bike for the day and any repair costs that may occur from accidental or crash damage during the hire period.
Any damage to the bike will be charged at cost price.
The Hirer will also be responsible for any costs incurred if the bike is stolen, for any deliberate or reckless abuse and incorrect adjustment.
The bike will be inspected with you before the hire. It is important that you pay attention during this inspection. When returned the bike will be inspected and any damages found that were not recorded in the pre-hire inspection will be charged.
Please follow the Mountain Bike Checklist above and ensure you check your bike before each ride.
Payment must be made in advance of hire.
Photographic ID must be left with Revolution Bike Park Ltd for the term of the hire, and will be returned when the hire is complete.
Hire Bike Return
All Hire bikes must be returned by 16:30 and must be cleaned/jetwashed.
Late returned bikes will be subject to a late returns fee of £30.00 per hour, charged per ¼ hour.
YOU ARE ABOUT TO TAKE PART IN A HIGH RISK ACTIVITY. YOU WILL MINIMISE THIS RISK BY FOLLOWING THE SAFETY RULES AND ADVICE IN THE MOUNTAIN BIKERS RESPONSIBILITY CODE. IF YOU DON’T FOLLOW THE SAFETY RULES AND ADVICE YOU COULD HAVE A SERIOUS ACCIDENT WHICH COULD BE FATAL.
I understand that Mountain Biking is dangerous and includes substantial obstacles, which can be physically testing. I accept that there is a risk of injury and death when undertaking such activities.
I understand that I must wear a full face helmet and knee pads at all times and that body armour, neck brace and gloves are highly recommended.
I agree that I will follow the Mountain Bikers Responsibility Code at all time
I agree to check my bike and equipment as per the Mountain Bike Checklist at the start of the day, before each run and after any crash.
In the unlikely event of an accident, or loss or damage to my personal effects, I acknowledge that the company will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising from or in connection with the Activities (except for death or Personal Injury caused by the Company’s negligence).
I certify that to the best of my knowledge I do not have a medical condition which might have the effect of making it more likely that I be involved in an incident which could result in injury to myself or to others.
